  Mr. Peek was wonderful to work with, and we went with him after seeing his inspection of another house. He seemed very thorough, and he's the reason I'm not leaving 1 star.
  
  After buying and moving in, I've found that the builder of my house seems to have no sense of pride in workmanship. We're having myriad foundation problems and the windows all (yes, all) leak. When I tell someone about the problems I'm having I usually get asked who the builder was. When I answer, I get a knowing nod and "yep, that explains it". Who was the builder? Poff. IDK if he is the same Poff that owns this company, but the name is a swear-word in my house. IMO, the inspector should have recommended that a structural engineer look more closely at some of the things we saw before moving in. Leaving it at "that's cracked, might be an issue" really isn't worth the money we spent.
  
  Skip the inspection; get a structural engineer; have nothing to do with any Poff.
