  U have a customer for life....I am an over the road trucker and find it difficult​at times to get into malls to shop. But I went to this store on my off time and purchased 2 pairs a aandal and a pair of Vans.last month well my puppy promptly atey sandals and the Vans blew out on the side.all within a month or so.But as I am limited on space I don't save boxes. So I went to this store on a whim with no receipt or boxes explained my unique situation and the staff here exchanged the Vans and I bought another pair of sandals all for under $20...I will be buried in a pair of shoes bought from Rack Room Shoes Christiansburg Va.
